We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in a key commercial leadership role.

Reporting to the Finance & IT Director, this position partners closely with the Retail Commercial Sales Director and the wider Leadership Team to drive profitability and support strategic business decisions across the organisation. 

The Revenue Growth Manager will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to maximise margins and improve business performance through data-driven insights, commercial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The role provides commercial support across pricing, tenders, forecasting, sales performance and profitability initiatives, while partnering with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and R&D.

This role would suit a commercially minded professional with strong FMCG experience and a background in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance or Category Management. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, financial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support sustainable business growth. 

As a senior individual contributor role, the Revenue Growth Manager will have significant exposure to business leaders and will be instrumental in shaping pricing strategies, assessing commercial opportunities and supporting critical business planning processes. The position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering insights that help drive both revenue growth and profitability across the business.
