We are looking for a full-time Revenue Manager with at least 3 years of working experience as Revenue Manager within a hotel or travel management company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Revenue Manager at Nuvho, you would be responsible for:

  • Lead revenue management for assigned client portfolio.
  • Compile planning reports for daily analysis of demand patterns and strategic direction for each property
  • Execute pricing, distribution, and inventory management processes, ensuring maximum revenue.
  • Manage rate distribution to optimize revenue opportunities for Nuvho Clients.
  • Collaborate with Director of Revenue to implement new systems and procedures for increased efficiencies, revPAR, and market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with GDS providers and other system providers for timely rate distribution.
  • Assist Director of Revenue in completing demand calendar and forecasts for all Nuvho Clients properties.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy within set KPIs and review forecasting processes regularly for improvement.
  • Compile ad-hoc reports for statistical analysis and strategic planning.
  • Manage room distribution to wholesale trade partners, ensuring materialization.
  • Assist in preparation for annual department contracting, including contracted rates and allotments.
  • Load contracted rates and allotments year-round in various systems and distribution channels.
  • Maintain expertise in distribution channels, reporting systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare End of Month reports and assist in End of Month completion.
  • Resolve stakeholder queries following Nuvho Clients’ procedures and standards.
  • Foster strong working relationships with Sales and Marketing, Hotel Operations, and Nuvho Clients’ management teams.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue and offers true flexibility with WFH, hybrid or office-based options. We don’t mind if you go to the doctor during the day or whether your pet comes to meetings!
