About this role
As the Risk Analytics & Visualisation Manager, you will lead analytics, visualisation and insights across the Group’s risk portfolio, with a core focus on cyber and technology risk.
The role delivers clear dashboards and reliable risk reporting for management, executives and the Board. It combines data analysis, responsible AI and risk expertise to assess evidence, explain material impacts and provide independent second-line challenge against risk appetite and regulatory obligations. Cybersecurity and technology specialists support complex technical judgements, while the manager remains accountable for analytical quality and independent insights.
The role leads a specialist team and manages the Risk Management Data Warehouse (RMDW), continuous control monitoring, automation and responsible AI use across Line 2. It owns Line 2 analytics, reporting and data quality. Business, Technology and other Line 1 functions remain accountable for operational facts, controls, incidents, remediation and delivery; Risk provides independent challenge and opinions. AI does not set risk appetite or approve risk judgements.
