Risk & Compliance Manager - Sydney (Flexible Working)

A growing investment firm is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to join its Sydney-based team. This is a hands-on, BAU-focused role with strong exposure to risk frameworks, controls, and managed investment scheme compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain risk registers and the organisation-wide controls framework
• Oversee and support compliance across managed investment schemes
• Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of the risk framework
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, including investment teams
• Monitor and report on risk and compliance activities

About You:

• Experience in risk and/or compliance within an investment or financial services environment
• Exposure to or understanding of managed investment schemes compliance
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and controls
• Knowledge of the "5 Cs" is advantageous
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a BAU-focused role

• Salary: $140k - $150k + super
