As a Risk and Compliance Manager you will have a solid background working in SaaS/Tech Companies, Fin or Scale Up environments.
We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager with... - 3-4+ years’ experience in a dedicated risk and compliance manager role, this involves strong E2E experience from driving the identification, communication, measurement and oversight of enterprise-wide risks, preferably in tech companies or consulting firm experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of risk management principles & risk management tools.
- Demonstrated experience creating strategies to improve a fast-paced risk management culture.
- Prior experience providing guidance and training to promote risk awareness, ownership and accountability.
- Conduct and monitor risk assessments to identify risks.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple streams of work at the same time.
- Excellent/advanced verbal and written communication skills with strong rapport building skills.
