Risk and Compliance Officer - Urgent Hire

Teaminvest Private Group Limited (TIP), an ASX-listed financial institution focused on the transfer of knowledge between generations, is seeking an ambitious, intelligent, energetic and motivated Risk and Compliance Officer to ensure compliance across Wholesale and Retail Funds, Trustee and Registry services.

You will have the opportunity to share in the knowledge and wisdom of Board Members and CEOs of multiple listed and unlisted companies in which we invest, and contribute to our unique investment strategy. 

Your contributions will be used to: 

• Accelerate the growth of the funds
• Engage with various stake holders 
• Make strategic investment decisions 
• Elevate the profile of high performing funds

Reporting to the Head of Funds Management and Education, you will be brought in to learn the secret sauce of what makes our funds perform exceptionally well. You will have to demonstrate a proven track record of:

• Compliance experience in Funds Management 
• Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Law or related disciplines
• A familiarity with investments in equities, property, debt or similar asset classes

Your duties will include: 

• Providing compliance input into management decisions
• Identifying risks and raising potential risks and breaches to management
• Reviewing IMs', PDSs', financial and other documents
• Board and management reporting
• Regulatory reporting
• Organising committee meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes 
• Implementing and operating to a best of class compliance framework
