Flinders Christian Community College is a large, K-12, multi-campus independent school on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

The College is enjoying a period of significant growth and is looking to innovate in how we structure our Shared Services teams to support the future aspirations of the College. Integral to this new arrangement is the creation of a new role of Risk and Compliance Officer.

Position Overview

This position will assume primary responsibility for supporting the Business Manager to coordinate the risk and compliance activities of the College.

While not expected to have worked previously in a Risk role it is expected that the successful candidate will have experience working with and shaping organisational systems to ensure that there is continuous improvement in the Shared Services functions within the College.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Risk management experience is not essential,

· Previous experience in coordinating organisational management systems.

· Previous experience drafting and reviewing organisational policies would be highly regarded.

· Awareness of OHS requirements and laws

· Strong commitment to ensuring Child Safety is the College’s highest priority.
