About us

We exist for better days inspired by iconic flavour. It’s been three decades since Allpress set up their first independent coffee cart, buying a second-hand roaster and embarking on a bold entrepreneurial journey fueled by passion and the search for great flavour. Our little coffee cart helped introduce specialty coffee to New Zealand and changed the drinking habits of a nation. Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafés in the world.

About the role

Our Roastery is the heart of our business and is run by a crew who are hardworking, no fuss and passionate about coffee. You’ll join the team to:

• Roast and pack coffee beans


• Drive and deliver beans to our customers across Melbourne. Ensuring the very best Allpress experience through supporting our customers where possible and liaising with our Tech, Training and Customer teams.


• Pack and prepare customer orders 


• Maintain a meticulous hygiene standard in the roastery and warehouse
  

About you

Ideally, you’ll come from a Roastery, distribution or barista background and be someone passionate about coffee who loves working as part of a team and wants to develop their career in the industry. To nail this role you’ll need:

• A friendly manner and great communication


• A passion for coffee or curiosity and willingness to learn


• A full driver’s license (forklift license is an added bonus!)


• Warehouse, logistics or coffee experience is a plus


• Any trade, technical or mechanical experience would be amazing
