Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services.

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way

Our Housekeeping team is at the heart of delivering an exceptional guest experience, and our Room Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining the comfort and cleanliness our guests expect. If you take pride in attention to detail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring guest rooms, hallways, and storage areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.

• Restocking room supplies, including linen, minibar items, and other essentials.

• Following proper procedures for handling and reporting lost property.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be flexible, dependable, and available to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
