Ross Transport | Administration Trainee - Newcastle

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated school leaver to join our team as an entry level Business Administration Trainee.This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in administration and to support the daily operational needs of a large transport and logistics company. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and gain valuable experience in administration tasks.

Primary roles and responsibilities:

• Document processing including; Scanning, filing and photocopying as required
• Data entry and record keeping
• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
• Additional project work and tasks as required
• Assisting other staff members when needed

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

• Willingness to commit to a 24 month traineeship and have a positive and proactive approach
• Have an eagerness to learn new skills and willingness to take initiative
• Have clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and / or unsupervised
• Have strong keyboard and computer skills including Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Drivers licence not required, but preferred
