About the opportunity
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can join a high performing team?
We’re currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Care Coordinator to join our team based in Clayton South (hybrid role).
Permanent Full-Time hours:
Monday to Friday (no weekends): 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.
As the newest member to our team, you’ll be responsible for the coordination of staff (including identifying and preparing appropriately skilled staff in line with client requirements), rostering and ensuring coverage of care for our clients.

About you
As a passionate, reliable, and experienced care/ roster coordinator, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).
You will be calm under pressure, self-motivated, honest, have excellent business acumen and perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
