What you'll do:

• Ensure clear communication to meet client needs.


• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure effective roster management. 


• Being able to communicate developing needs in workforce and potential challenges as they arise to support aligned recruitment activities. 


• Ability to work across conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency.


• Understand compliance and legislation requirements.

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you'll be able to meet changing needs and demands in a fast-paced environment. You'll understand the importance of matching clients’ needs with support workers skills and abilities, coupled with being able to quickly make well-executed changes to rosters when required. Your previous experience in managing rosters is essential to this role.
