Position: Full-time Permanent Position

Package: $70,000 plus Superannuation.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As our Programs Implementation Manager (Rostering Specialist), you will be:

• The Puzzle Master: Manage rosters and staff ratios for 110 OSHC services. You’re the one who makes sure the math adds up so the fun can continue!
• The Emergency Hero: When a staff member is sick, you’re the one who saves the day by finding the perfect backup.
• The Great Communicator: You’ll be the bridge between our Educators, managers, and stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop and smiling.
• The Solution Superstar: Use your "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges, knowing you have a supportive family network behind you.

What You Bring to the Family

No child care experience? No worries! We value your "people skills" above all else. To be our next superhero, you’ll need:

• Professional Organiser: Advanced organisational skills (you’re the person who always has a plan and loves a well-organised spreadsheet).
• Communication Spark: You can talk to anyone, clearly and warmly, whether it's via email, phone, or in person.
• Tech Savvy: You’re a pro with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs). And If you know HumanForce, that’s a massive bonus!
• The Background: Experience in emergency shift filling, rostering, or HR is your secret weapon.
• The Mindset: You’re an analytical thinker who loves solving puzzles and helping people.
