As our Senior RTO Specialist, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) continues to deliver high-quality, compliant and industry-leading training that supports the capability of our workforce, contractors and the broader energy sector.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced vocational education leader to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in driving compliance, quality and continuous improvement across our RTO. You'll work closely with senior leaders to strengthen governance, embed best practice and ensure our RTO remains audit-ready and future-focused.
As a trusted subject matter expert, you'll also act in the capacity of the Leader RTO when required.
Reporting to the Leader RTO, you will lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of RTO compliance, governance and quality systems. You will ensure our policies, procedures and management systems align with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations and evolving VET regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the business.
