JOB DETAILS:

In this position you will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services across a rural Hospital & Health Service. Providing leadership and high-level pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

• Negotiable contract length up to 12 months 
• Rural Central Queensland
• Hours: Tues - Fri 0900 - 1730
• Sole clinician - suitable for Pharmacists who work well individually
• Fleet car 
• Travel / flights covered 
• Single accommodation provided
• This position is suitable for Pharmacists with 2+ years hospital experience

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• QLD Health experience is ideal but not essential
• Relevant licensing & registration with AHPRA
• Police check (within the past 6 months)
• Driver’s Licence
• Evidence of relevant qualifications
• Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment:
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
• Varicella (chicken pox)
• Pertussis (whooping cough)
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis A
