About the role

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Rural Sales team in Launceston on a full-time, permanent basis starting early August 2026. This is a varied role that will see you supporting our sales team preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing administrative support to the Rural Sales Team throughout the end-to-end sales process
• Preparing marketing materials
• Database management
• General administrative support

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
• A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
