About the role

As a Banquets & Meetings Team Leader, you are an enthusiastic leader with strong communication and organisational abilities who can lead and inspire a team of Food & Beverage superstars.

Skills & experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience in/of conference, meeting and wedding operations is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A current and up-to-date RSA qualification
• Professional manner and grooming.
• Adaptable to the fast paced and dynamic hotel industry.
• Flexibility and can work 7 day rotating rosterincluding Public Holidays.
• Ability to work across different service periods.
• The ability to train and lead a team.
• A positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi task and make decisions on the run.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
