Play a key role in protecting what matters most - children’s safety and wellbeing. As our Safety and Compliance Business Partner, you’ll work alongside OSHC and Kindergarten services to strengthen compliance, embed best practice, and build a proactive reporting culture.

From providing expert guidance on the National Quality Framework to supporting services through audits, incidents, and continuous improvement, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring safe, high-quality environments for every child.

• Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQF standards
• Manage incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions on time
• Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams
• Drive quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support regulatory engagement

• Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the NQF
• Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Ongoing full-time Australian work rights
