About the role

As the SQI Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping excellence in care across the Children & Family Services: (Paediatric Inpatient Unit (HW3), Early Parenting Centre and other Paediatric Clinics and other home-based programs)
You’ll be working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and reporting to the Deputy Director of Patient Safety, while partnering with clinical leaders and managers within the Women's, Children's & Families Directorate to embed robust governance, support incident response, engage consumers, and drive improvement projects that make care safer and more person-centred.
