Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, databases, advertising schedules, sales contracts and more.
Requirements: Experience within the real estate industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are crucial due to exposure to sensitive information.
