Job Description - Sales Administrator

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

In this opportunity as Sales Administrator in our Kewdale branch, your role will work around the general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office You will work hand in hand with the Sales team to coordinate and streamline the sales order process and provide support assistance to achieve CSE Crosscom and the teams goals. Including:

• Liaise on service orders and generate quotations

• Maintain customer files, and database records

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction around their service

• Advocate for customers and escalate any issues, for quick resolution

• Process customer purchase orders, with accuracy around data and customer requirements

• Take ownership of policy and governance around the sale process overseeing consistent service delivery in line with CSE process

• Work with Technical Services to coordinate delivery and logistics

What you need to succeed?

• Positive team orientated attitude, with a wiliness to help others with a can do attitude

• Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone

• Intermediate MS office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Ideally 2-3 years in a sales support environment.

• Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software highly desirable.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems with Business Central (BC) highly desirable

• Ability to work to deadlines

• Strong problem solving skills to understand a situation and create solutions
