Following our continued success in Airlie Beach, we’re expanding! We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Administrator to support our exciting land development project in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal destinations.

About the Role

Based in our Airlie Beach display suite, you’ll be the face of Alder Group for local walk-ins and online enquiries. You’ll work approx. 16 hours per week (Wednesday to Saturday), engaging with customers, managing site inspections, managing stakeholder relationships and executing local marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying and responding to new enquiries
• CRM management and customer engagement
• Coordinating social media posts and responding to enquiries
• Executing local marketing tasks
• Collaborating with builders and external real estate agents

About You

You’re energetic, personable, and passionate about development sales. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are excited by the opportunity to work in the Whitsundays.

You’ll bring:

• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Weekend availability
• Strong self-management and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Real estate or development sales experience (preferred)
• Sales Person qualification (preferred)
• Familiarity with the Whitsunday region (a bonus!)
• Exposure to contract/legal admin (advantageous)
