They are seeking an Executive Assistant/ Sales Associate to be the backbone of a small team. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment and confidently deliver first class customer service. This role is one for someone who is ready to accelerate their career!

The Role:

• Oversee daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate property listings
• Provide diary management support
• Create proposals
• Prepare agents for listings and appraisals
• Liase with solicitors, clients, and tenants
• Send out contracts and property inspection reports
• Handle vendor reporting
• assist the Director across the entire sales process
