Sales Administrator

Auswest Petals, established in 2012 is a dynamic and rapidly growing wholesale fresh cut flower distributor in Canning Vale, Western Australia. We supply fresh cut flowers and foliages sourced from our local and international growers to several floristries, event stores and wholesalers in Perth Metro, WA Regional and Eastern States.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Sales Associate to be part of a small team, who is committed, self-driven and is focused on processing and driving sales with the following skills and attributes:

• Supporting the Sales Consultants with day to day administrative tasks. 

• Meeting and greeting walk-in customers. 

• Maintain and update the sales and inventory software.

• Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve all inquiries while demonstrating high level of customer service.

• Ability to multitask and possess high attention to details.

• Develop and maintain existing customers Relationships.

• Generate weekly newsletter and follow up on new leads. 

• You will be required to work closely with other stakeholders and build a fantastic relationship that will effectively drive higher value sales and more satisfied customers.

• Ability to work closely with fellow staff in the warehouse.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin/sales role (experience in similar role will be highly favourable).

• Must be proactive, enthusiastic and motivated.

• Work well in fast paced and high performing environment.

• Possess strong communication skills with a “customer is always right” attitude.

• Ability to work autonomously and respect the trust given to this arrangement.

• Able to work 5 days a week (38 hours).

• Knowledge of flowers / experience in floral industry is highly preferable but not a must.
