Place Albany Creek – Sales Administrator 
 
Are you customer-focussed individual with administrative experience, looking for an exciting new role? 
 
Place Albany Creek is looking for a superstar Agent Support to join their dynamic team. Working as a sales administrator, you will provide high levels of internal support to help numerous agents do what they do best – which is listing and selling properties! This is a great learning opportunity for someone looking to get into the Real Estate industry, or someone who wants to further their skillset. 
 
To be successful in this role, you will have administrative experience and exemplary organisation skills. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience to clients and colleagues, and go above and beyond to create positive customer experiences. 
 
Responsibilities of this role include: 
  • Carry out the administrative function of appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activities; 
  • Organizing all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material; 
  • Thorough database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management; 
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings; 
  • Remaining professional when liaising with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email correspondence; and 
  • Providing in-person support to Place Albany Creek and its clientele. 
 
The successful candidate will have: 
  • Experience working in the residential real estate industry (desirable); 
  • Experience using Office 365 necessary, and experience with a CRM (desirable); 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; 
  • A customer centric mindset and professional presentation; and 
  • The ability to be adaptable to change and manage conflicting deadlines.
