Job Description - Sales Administrator - Gladesville/Ryde Area

Our client is a leading office that is looking for their next team player to join their highly skilled team. If you are looking to work in a fantastic open planned office with a shop front on a grand scale, in a prominent location surrounding by EVERYTHING you need, then this is the role for you.
  
The Role:

  • Supporting all agents in the office – work in a team!
  • Manage all listing & exchange process
  • Booking at Coordinating photoshoots & floorplans
  • Coordinate all marketing, advertising and PR
  • Marketing for all listed Properties & Agents
  • Booking signboard’s and instillation
  • Uploading listings online
  • Manage print and digital platforms
  • Manage all social media sites
  • Booking auctions
  • Social Media
  • Ad hoc administration

The Person

  • Previous real estate experience is ideal – are you looking for the next step in your career?
  • Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential sales process
  • Computer literate - must have experience with real estate or similar CRMs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A natural talent for organisation and time-management
  • Independent and able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
