The Role:

Supporting all agents in the office – work in a team!

Manage all listing & exchange process

Booking at Coordinating photoshoots & floorplans

Coordinate all marketing, advertising and PR

Marketing for all listed Properties & Agents

Booking signboard’s and instillation

Uploading listings online

Manage print and digital platforms

Manage all social media sites

Booking auctions

Social Media

Ad hoc administration

The Person

Previous real estate experience is ideal – are you looking for the next step in your career?

Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)

Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential sales process

Computer literate - must have experience with real estate or similar CRMs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

A natural talent for organisation and time-management

Independent and able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
