With a large rent roll spanning across the CBD of Sydney and Parramatta, this team measure their on the high returns they receive for their clients across both Sales & Property Management. The role will see you servicing this team out of the vibrant and developing city of Parramatta. Working alongside an honest and open Director that was born and bread into the industry, we are looking for someone to become a crucial asset to this high performing team. This role will see you:
- Providing end-to-end administration support to Sales Agents
- Assisting with agents' personal marketing requirements, marketing templates and distribution.
- Servicing & redirecting office inquiry
- Assisting with exchanges and settlements
- Preparing all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
- Data entry & Ad hoc Admin duties
The Candidate: - Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A confident, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Immaculate personal presentation
