Job Description - Sales Administrator - St George

Working as a Sales Administrator you would be responsible for assisting the Sales team with all administration duties. You will coordinate all sales documents, marketing and advertising, contracts, liaising with vendors, solicitors, buyers and much more!

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Administrator include: PRE MARKET:

  • Prep and send agency agreements
  • Complete and scan 100 Points ID
  • Email solicitor for contract for sale
  • Book photoshoot and co-ordinate with listing/co agent
  • Book and arrange strata report and pest + building report
  • Prepare coming soon letter and do coming soon drop
  • Prepare open home for agents i.e brochures, info sheet, etc.
  • Assist listing/co agent with setting listing in Agentbox
ON MARKET:

  • Update brochures etc, weekly
  • Text owners open home times as touch base
  • Preparing and printing open home pointers
  • Assist listing/co agents at midweek inspections
  • Complete exchange, email and post contracts to solicitors
  • Buyer calls - referring 'no interest' buyers to other properties (Thursday calls)
  • Update video screen with property videos
UNDER CONTRACT:

  • Meet valuer
  • Meet pest and building inspector
  • Book in buyer follow up calls for listing/co agent
JUST SOLD:

  • Prepare just sold drop
  • Request vendor & purchaser reviews for listing/co agent
  • Contact buyer to book in secondary inspection (especially vacant properties)
  • Log follow up and check in calls for listing/co agents (i.e 3 month post settlement call, 6 month call, 1 year anniversary call)
  • Liaise with listing/co agent to ensure file compliance is completed and scanned into Agentbox post cool off (i.e 100 points ID, Fair Trading Checklist)
Skills and experience required for the role:

  • No prior Real Estate experience is necessary
  • Administration ability/experience.
  • Confident multi-tasking.
  • Team driven in achieving outcomes.
  • Adaptive to different administrative tasks.
  • Familiar with database management and technology.
