The Company/Role:
My client is Premium Franchise Office in North Brisbane. Due to expansion of offices we are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to provide support to the team of high performing agents. This is a temp assignment with a minimum period of 1 month with potential of on-going.
You will be joining an efficient and well structured team providing support to the sales agents. This means the role will be varied, and no 2 days will be the same. Some of the tasks will include but not be limited to:-
- Preparation of Form 6's, Contracts, Listing kits, Auction kits, open home and prospecting materials
- Contract administration and processing, observing critical dates and liaising with Solicitors, Buyers and Sellers
- Database management
- Use of RP Data, Realworks and VaultRE CRM
- Liaising with Buyers and Sellers over the phone and email
- Email management
- Monday - Friday only
The Candidate: - Previous Real Estate Admin experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
