You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and listing through to negotiation and settlement. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new listings and grow your client base
• Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
• Manage buyer enquiries and inspections
• Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Stay up to date with local market trends
• Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve targets

What We’re Looking For

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
• Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
