WHAT IS THE ROLE?
The role is located within the Sales and Marketing department at the SEQH Head Office in Hemmant QLD. This position will provide support to the Sales & Marketing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of core company services to its clients, and develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Positively interacting with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members across other departments to ensure execution of jobs from initiation to completion, setting operations up for success and ensuring we deliver on our promises to customers.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities that align with SEQH’s goals, identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- Work closely with the design team to create compelling marketing images and videos for social media campaigns.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative and communication tasks;
