Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
- Completion of a degree, certificate, or diploma in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including email, as they are integral to this role.
- Proficiency in using cloud-based and local software for creating presentations, reports, and marked-up drawings.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the painting or construction industry.
- Proven track record in a sales role.
- Familiarity with job management software such as AroFlo, Deputy, Nearmaps, AutoCAD, Revit, HubSpot, Close.io, and SimPRO.
- Additional certifications in sales techniques, construction management, or relevant software tools.

Our office is based in Cremorne, Victoria, with a train station across the road and dedicated parking for the right candidate.
Compensation: Salary will vary depending on the experience and skills the candidate brings to the position. Uncapped commissions are available for the right candidate. Other parts of the package could include a vehicle, vehicle allowance, fuel cards, and eTags.
