Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our resort team. Reporting to our Director of Sales and Marketing - you will have hotel and sales experience.

In this role you will:

• Support the planning of trade famils across a range of stakeholders
• Support day to day sales activities - including proposal preparation and contract generation where required
• Enter groups into NewBook - previous NewBook experience is advantageous
• Support the C&E function as required
• Assist teams with multiple project setups
• Anything and everything sales and marketing centric

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a hotel sales guru - connected with the local network with a flair for guest experience
• Passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service
• Hotel experience is advantageous while not essential with the right sales experience
• Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work
