Turosi Pty Ltd is a privately-owned Company with facilities in Victoria, Queensland and NSW, providing a full range of raw and cooked food solutions across a range of proteins and foods to the retail and food service sectors.

An exciting opportunity is available for two energetic and enthusiastic Graduate Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our Melbourne team based in the northern suburbs. You will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting journey to use your previous experience to expand your career into a sales-based position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the organisation’s sales department, driving growth and success. These are full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads through research and networking.
• Account-based prospecting and qualification.
• Managing the sales pipeline and providing assistance to sales until revenue is successfully secured.
• Canvassing for business via cold calling and visiting potential customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans.
• Conducting market research to identify target industries and specific companies. 
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective customers. 
• Liaising with key internal sales staff and industry associations to ensure opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Build and maintain key relationships with new and existing customers. 

About you: 

• 12+ months experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid time and organisational skills. 
• You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work autonomously
• Well-versed in strategic selling techniques to identify client needs. 
• Experience in a sales role for FMCG – Food Manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
