With nine offices and over 350 talented professionals, Marshall White delivers industry-leading expertise
in Residential Sales, Project Marketing, and Property Management across the city’s most prestigious suburbs. 

About the Role 

This diverse and dynamic Sales Assistant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment. Supporting one of our top sales teams, you’ll
play a vital role in day-to-day operations including open for inspections, campaign coordination, marketing, and administrative tasks. 

Flexible Casual Arrangement: Approximately 20 hours per week until the end of 2025, working Monday, Thursday, Saturday plus a few additional flexible hours. 

Brighton Office: Based in our modern, vibrant Brighton office, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive and energetic team committed to delivering exceptional service and results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with open for inspections  

• Support auctions including preparation, penciling, and client engagement 

• Attend property-related appointments including building inspections, finance meetings, and pre-settlement walk-throughs 

• Conduct letter drops and assist with local area marketing 

• Support with contract sign-ups using platforms such as Real Time Agent and Box+Dice 

• Perform social media posting and content assistance for campaign marketing 

• Manage data entry across Excel, Box+Dice, PriceFinder, and internal systems 

• Contribute to maintaining
  high standards of client communication and presentation 

Skills & Experience 

• Agent’s Representative Certificate is essential 

• Previous real estate experience preferred but not mandatory 

• Professional, polished presentation in line with our corporate standards 

• Confident communicator with a friendly, positive, and engaging personality 

• High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

• Access to your own car, iPad, and laptop is
