About the role

You'll become an expert in communicating the benefits and features of our products to suit each customer's unique needs. From conducting research to understanding the technical aspects, you'll develop a deep understanding of solar solutions and contribute to our customers' satisfaction. This role goes beyond traditional retail, allowing you to enhance your technical skills and be a valuable resource for our customers.

• Providing excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment
• Promoting and selling our products effectively
• Answering inquiries and assisting customers with their needs
• Participating in general requests and tasks
• Utilising your merchandising skills to create an appealing store environment
• Receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming stock
• Storing and managing inventory in our warehouse
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a forklift (training provided)
