We have an opportunity for a Fulltime Sales Assistant in our Dandenong store looking for a Company that offers career advancement and a supportive team. 

About the role:

This is a full-time position in our Dandenong store and is available for an immediate start. Shifts will be rostered on an as needs basis during all trading hours, Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday mornings. 

As an Sales Assistant at Burson you will possess the following:

Skills & experience

• Exceptional communication skills
• A customer service champion
• Experience or a passion for auto parts
• Well presented
• Great phone manner
• Ability to influence & negotiate 
• Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions

Roles and responsibilities

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
• In-store customer service
• Order & receipt incoming stock
• Process & pick purchase orders
• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
