Our focus on excellence in all areas has led to the rapid growth of our business and we are searching for an associate to assist our sales director Tulio Fontes. Offering great prospects and a modern work environment at our newly renovated Southport office, the successful candidate will be rewarded with long term ongoing professional growth. Duties will include;

- Managing buyer and seller enquiries

- Advertising and marketing of houses, apartments and prestige properties

- Accurate record keeping

- Open homes, inspections and client meetings

- Email correspondence

-  Prospecting new clients

-  Database management 

The preferred candidate will have;

• High attention to detail with a methodical approach

• Impeccable phone manner 

• High level communication skills both verbal & written

• Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service

• Drivers licence and reliable car 

• Professional personal presentation

• Strong belief in our company values and culture
