The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

• Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers
• Buyer management
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Database management
• Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
• Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Sales experience in some capacity
• Strong ability to build relationships with all types of clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines
• Real Estate Sales License & a current driver's license
