You will be working alongside and supporting a successful agent with the following: The Duties

• All aspects of prospecting and lead generating
• Database management
• Attend open homes & auctions
• Buyer management
• Attending appraisals & client / vendor appointments
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• Monitoring phone & email inquiries
• Booking market appraisals
• Liaising with vendors, tenants and tradespeople
• Provide all administrative duties

Skills & Experience

• 12 months relevant experience ideal
• Cert IV in Property Services
• A passion for the industry
• Driven & ready to excel
• Outstanding organisational skills and time management
• High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Neat & tidy presentation
• Vehicle & SA Driver’s License
• This role is not your standard 9am - 5pm
