This is a great opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual, to be the backbone of this sales team, end to end sales associate work alongside prominent, high performing agents who need someone who can nail their admin and prospecting plan!
The Role: As a go to person for leading selling Directors, this role will see you utilise your sales, administration and organisational skills.
The right candidate must be able to work independently and keep themselves accountable to their non-negotiables.
On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Diary, e-mail and appointment management for lead agents
- Prospecting, tracking, hitting KPI’s and a passion to over achieve
- Manage and organise sales appraisals and constant database management
- Liaising appointments, ensuring all document are prepared
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Preparing for open homes and private inspections
- Prepare and attend appraisals, presentations and auctions
- Manage the settlement process
- Communication with solicitors during the sales process

- Must be extremely well presented
