Qualifications & experience

• Current QLD Real Estate Licence.
• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
• Motivated & Reliable.
• Valid Driver's Licence & access to reliable vehicle.
• Industry experience would be an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting managing buyer enquiries & appointments.
• Conducting and assisting with open homes and private viewings.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clientele.
• Liaising and co-ordinating with vendors and team members to ensure transactions are smooth and transparent.
• Lead Generation - sales calls, door knocking, letter box dropping etc.
