Sales Associate - Casual Position - Urgent Role

Outdoor Elegance is the largest retail group specialising in Outdoor Furniture in Australia. We are now seeking a Casual Sales Associate to join our team to help maintain the continuing growth of our high-end outdoor furniture store in Virginia.

In this role we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and customer-focused individual who is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to customers seeking beautiful outdoor furniture to complete their lifestyle. This role is ideal for the individual with a passion for high quality outdoor furnishing products or an interest in interior design.

Your role is about:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. 
• You have outstanding communication and customer service skills
• You are self-motivated to achieve company targets and goals
• You will have a high level of computer and POS experience
• You are a quick thinker who shows initiative 
• You can work at least one day on the weekend and be available for 3-4 days through the week. 

About you:

• You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in high-value retail store sales
• You have exceptional sales and customer service skills
• You are self-motivated and always lead by example to achieve company targets and goals
• You will have a high level of computer and POS experience
• You can work one weekend day per week.
