Our client, who is a premier supplier and distributor of medical, dental, and laboratory equipment and consumables, who takes immense pride in providing top-quality sales and services to their esteemed clients for the last 15 years.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients.
• Assist in daily customer service tasks and collaborate with the team to support customers.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engage with clients, address their needs, and build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to building long-term relationships with customers to understand and support their business needs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Full Drivers license and personal car
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY (eg: Dental Assistant)
• A good understanding of dental procedures and techniques
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  (Sales experience isn't imperative)
