About the Role:

Working directly within our Group Client Concierge team the Sales Associate plays a critical role contacting all new, warm, educated enquiries and turning them into qualified 'discovery' appointments with the relevant Sales team member. 

As our phone sales superstar, you will be directly responsible for:

• Contacting/Following up all new, warm lead enquiry to qualify, confirm and book appointments with the appropriate team (Lending, Buyers Advocacy or Property Strategy)
• Follow up /coordinate the clients sign and return of critical pre-assessment documents and all necessary forms prior to meetings with the consultant
• Administering flawless data input into our customised CRM, file administration and document management systems
• Attending to all new enquiry on social media, chat and the website and turning these prospects into a qualified appointment 
• Managing the sign and return of service agreements
• Sending and generating fee proposals and invoices in line with property contracts
• Formatting and preparing client presentations when required

Your Skills & Experience:

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience in a high volume real estate sales office in a phone based role & doesn't want to work weekends/ attend open homes or/
• Has experience in a professional contact centre and understands a formal informative sales approach
• This person will be a solution focused individual who understands the need for urgency and will go above and beyond to contribute to the team’s performance.
• Have the ability, maturity and drive to plug in and learn
• Have the drive to succeed personally and professionally
• Demonstrate a high-level attention to detail
• Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communications
• Have an autonomous approach with strong time management
• Have a proven track record of exemplary client service acumen with a great phone manner
