Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency that is entrenched in the Inner West market. They are seeking an extremely eager Sales Associate to help with the daily duties of one of the most down to earth AND successful Sales Agents in the game. The Role:

• Prospecting for new business - Cold and warm leads 
• Attending open homes
• Vendor and buyer management
• Attending appraisals and photoshoots
• Liaising with solicitors
• Negotiating sales transactions

The Person: 

• Must have experience within the Real Estate Industry - Property Managers and Leasing Consultant will be considered 
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License
• Be a strong communicator and strive to give high quality customer service
• A willingness to take direction, with a great hunger to learn and constantly develop
• Ability to work both autonomously & as part of a team
• Thrive working under pressure and able to prioritize tasks well
