The Role:

This is a position for a Sales Associate to shadow and support a Top Agent and Leading Director. We are looking for a talented individual that will service and specialise in the Maroubra Area:

• Lead generation and database management – prospecting and cold calling
• Preparing appraisals and listing presentations
• Managing the database
• Buyer enquiries and call backs
• Conducting Open Homes & Private inspections
• Auction work
• Ad hoc administration work
  
  

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Confidential, professional and friendly phone manner
• The ability to build and maintain relationships
• Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
• Be 100% committed to succeed in real estate
• Must work Saturdays
• Tech savvy with intermediate MS office skills
