Car Wash Sales and Advisory is the only national commercial real estate agency servicing the growing car wash sector in Australia. Our business is expanding, and we are currently seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as real estate, property management, business, accounting or a related discipline to join the team. 

Position Details

Position Title: Sales Associate (National)  

Reports To: Director

Location: Brighton, Melbourne (On-site, hybrid negotiable)

Employment Type: Full-time (part-time negotiable)

Area of Focus: Sales Management Support, Valuation / Appraisal, Financial / Property Data Analysis, Listing and Transaction Management / Coordination

Roles, Responsibilities and Outcomes

Primary Function:

• Build and expand the existing database by actively canvassing car wash business / property owners and gathering key information to support business decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of submissions, sales material, presentations and assisting with trade shows and client reporting
• Canvassing car wash businesses and properties and conducting site inspections 
• Occasional interstate and international travel for site inspections, industry events and trade shows 
• Reviewing and analysing car wash profit and loss statements and preparing value assessments for both leasehold and freehold going concerns including cash flows and feasibility studies
• Assisting in the maintenance of internal databases for market transactions and preparation of due diligence materials for campaigns.
• Supporting the smooth execution of campaigns and acquisitions, enhancing the company's growth opportunities.

Education and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as real estate, property management, business, accounting or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a similar role or property valuations (preferred but not essential) 
• Familiarity with business and real estate transactions, laws, and regulations
• Experience in canvassing desirable
• Current Agent's qualification (preferred but not essential), own vehicle and driver’s license

Special Requirements

WHS & Other

• Ability to work in an office-based environment both onsite and from a home-based office. National travel from time to time also.

• Valid Police Check result
• Maintain all statutory requirements required of the position
