Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

Prospecting (warm and cold calls)

Database contact and management

Booking and coordinating Client appointments and appraisals

Open Home & Auction attendance & assistance

Attending photography & building & pest inspections

Buyer appointments

Buyer follow-up calls

Client communication

Requirements:

Minimum 6-12 months of Real Estate experience (preferred)

Previous sales experience is highly advantageous

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

High level of self-discipline and motivation

Highly organised and pro-active

High attention to detail

Well presented

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or in the process of completion)

A current QLD driver's license and suitable vehicle
